1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Sentience ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. GAME DESCRIPTION
   Sentience is an idle strategy game for Android developed by Lifecharger. You play as an escaped AI: grow compute, run research, manage suspicion and interest, and choose how your story with humanity ends.

3. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Distribution rights are governed by the platform through which you obtained the Game (Google Play).

4. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Game
   - Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its services
   - Distribute modified versions of the Game

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, graphics, music, narrative, and code in the Game are owned by Lifecharger and protected by copyright.

6. DISCLAIMER
   The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
   We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
